Two Busy Weekends...

The weekend of Labor Day was spent moving all of the furniture out of the baby's room and painting. Greg spent the entire 4 day weekend painting the room, while I came in randomly to review and critique his work. :-)

The Nursery looks great! The colors are green and yellow-- the top half is green and the bottom is yellow, and a white chair rail will separate the two colors. The room is almost ready for its new occupant.

I had my 28 week (I'm only 27 weeks) doctor appointment on the 9th and everything is PERFECT! The baby is still on track to be here by December 9th. I have another appointment on Sept 30th and then I start going every two weeks. She's going to be here before we know it!

Today, I bought the bedding for the room. We went with the Penelope Nursery Bedding. It's so cute and I can't wait to get it in the nursery. These are a couple of pics of the bedding...

I also ordered the crib and it should be here in 7-14 days.

And finally a picture of the growing baby bump. In this picture I'm 27 weeks and 3 days pregnant. We took this after my long day of shopping, so I look a little tired in the picture.
